Before Your Appointment

  • To enter the clinic, please walk along the stone path toward the water. You will find the clinic entrance at the back of the property.

    Please note: The door remains locked between appointments. You are welcome to wait outside or in your vehicle until your therapist is ready for you. We recommend arriving no earlier than five minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

  • Yes. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement, such as shorts, athletic pants, a loose-fitting shirt, or a sports bra.

    If you are a new patient and have not yet completed your intake form, please do so prior to your arrival.

    Out of consideration for scent-sensitive patients, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing strong or artificial fragrances.

  • There are several steps along the walkway, which may limit accessibility for some individuals. Please let us know in advance if this presents an issue or a concern.

Insurance & Billing

  • Payment for all services is the responsibility of the patient and is due in full at the time of the appointment.

    Extended healthcare coverage varies by provider, so please confirm your benefits in advance. A detailed receipt will be provided for insurance reimbursement.

What to expect?

  • New to acupuncture and/or osteopathy? Your informed consent remains at the heart of your treatment. We will review your treatment plan, answer any questions, and check in with you throughout your session.

    Your initial appointment includes a comprehensive health history, assessment, and treatment.

    Follow-up appointments include a brief check-in, reassessment, and continued treatment.

  • If you are unable to find a suitable time, we encourage you to join our waitlist or contact the clinic directly for assistance.

  • We will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan based on your goals.

    It is encouraged upon booking an initial appointment to secure a few follow up treatments in advance to ensure continuity of care and optimal results.

    Your plan will be reviewed and adjusted as needed at each visit.

Booking & Scheduling

  • Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. As a courtesy to your therapist and fellow patients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. This fee remains at the discretion of the clinic.
